摘要

Abstract

With the development of medical sciences, increasing demands for better quality of medical service and consciousness of safeguarding medical rights, more and more medical disputes are taking place in the emergency department of a hospital. Clinical data of 12 cases of medical disputes in the emergency department of a hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The article points out that strengthening the pre-job training of rotating doctors, strictly following the norms of medical history writing in emergency cases, and the rules of diagnosis and treatment, and a closer communication between doctors and patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.
