Abstract
Purpose To explore the effect of Ezrin overexpression on pancreatic cancer cell line Panc-f. Methods Plasmid-based Ezrin overexpression was stably established in pancreatic cancer cell line Panc-f. The proliferating status and cell cycle were determined by CCK-8 method and flow cytometry analysis, respectively. The cell protrusions/microvillus formation was determined by scanning e-lection microscopy. The motility and invasion of Panc-f cells were determined by transfilter assays without/with matrigel. Western blotting was used for signal transduction assay. Results Ezrin overexpression could increase cell protrusions/microvilli formation, cell motility/invasion ability of pancreatic cancer cell line Panc-f. Erkf/2 signal transduction was involved in these process. Conclusions Ezrin might have functional roles in modulating morphology, motility and invasion of pancreatic cancer cell line Panc-f, in which Erkf/2 may play an important role.关键词
