摘要

Abstract

The hardening furnace foundation in China Second heavy Industries is excavated up to 37.4 m,which is the deepest pit in the southwest region presenting circular arrangement on a plane.The foundation pit is located in a factory building leading to difficult construction and strict requirement on the protection of environment.For the purpose of studying the support effect of this circular pit and by means of three-dimensional numerical analysis,the displacement and stress changes under different excavation conditions are simulated to speculate possible dangerous position during excavation and provide some reference to smooth and safe construction;at the same time,the space effect of the circular foundation pit with structural advantage is demonstrated.The result shows that the circular foundation pit has excellent support effect and little influence on the environment.
