构建行业企业参与的高职教育激励机制的探索
The Exploration on Constructing Incentive Mechanism of Higher Vocational Education by the Participation of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Only by the deep-level cooperation with enterprises can the quality of employment for higher vocational students be improved actually, and it can realize the continual healthy development of higher vocational education. In order to make deep-level cooperation with enterprises and play the function of industry enterprises to participate in higher vocational education, it should construct incentive mechanism participated by industry enterprises. The establishment of incentive mechanism can play the drive of inducing factors, and stimulate industry enterprises actively to participate in higher vocational education. The establishment of action-orientation can stimulate colleges to provide cooperative platfurm for enterprises actively. The establishment of guarantee system can get win-win guarantee in system for colleges and enterplases.关键词
