Abstract
High-level teaching team is the prerequisite and basis to guarantee the successful implementation of professional talents＇ cultivating scheme and cultivate qualified professional talents. Higher vocational education should pay attention to the construction of teaching staff. It should guarantee the construction of double-quality teaching team in system, and change traditional education concept for enhancing the practical skill of double-quality teachers quickly. It should establish cognizance institute of employment competence for vocational education, and clarify the basic business quality of regulating teaching staff in vocational education It should perfect employ system of vocational teachers, and bring in professional talents in each field who are fit for higher vocational teaching work.关键词
