随着我国经济的不断深入发展，社会对高技能人才的需求日益扩大且要求越来越高。这对高职教学提出了更高的任务和要求。体现在用人单位都希望新招收的员工，既有扎实的专业理论知识，又有娴熟的专业技能。但现阶段高职教育的实践课程不能满足社会的用工要求，存在着各种问题。这就要求对实践课程的教学内容、教学方法、教学手段和人才培养模式进行必要的改革，采取与企业合作、工学一体化的教学模式。
