Performance Simulation and Structure Optimization for Fin -tube Heat Exchanger in Air Handle Unit

Abstract
The performance of fin-tube heat exchanger used by air handle unit is variable with not only condition parameters, but also structure parameters. Lumped parameter model is designed, and a performance analysis of fin-tube heat exchanger is carried on under the same condition and different structure parameters. By the comparison of the total cooling capacity as well as waterside resistance pressure, we put forward a conception, beneficial coefficient. Taking total cooling capacity and waterside resistance pressure together into consideration, beneficial coefficient provide the basis for the structure optimization for fin-tube heat exchanger.关键词
