摘要
Abstract
To study the flow characteristics of double blades screw centrifugal pump, solid - liquid two - phase turbulent flow in double blades screw centrifugal pump is simulated by using Fluent software with Eulerian model, standard turbulence model and SIMPLE algorithm. Distribution of volume fraction is analyzed for different solid particle diameters and sandy volume fractions, solid particles tend from pressure surfaces towards suction surfaces and from hub side to band side through analysis, it can be concluded that hydro head of impeller declines with the increase of solid phase volume fraction at the same particle diameter, and hydro head of impeller declines with the enlargement of particle diameter at the same solid phase volume fraction through the pump external characteristic.关键词
