不同基质对油茶扦插育苗成活率的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of different media on survival rate of Camellia oleifera raising steckling
分别在舒城县河棚镇和安徽林业高科技开发中心两地进行不同基质对油茶扦插育苗成活率影响试验.定期对育苗成活率、新梢生长量进行测定,结果显示:扦插栽培基质以珍珠岩成活率最高,达95.33%;其次是珍珠岩+泥炭土(V珍珠岩:V泥炭土=4∶6),成活率达到92.19%.这2种基质扦插的新芽抽梢率相对也较高,分别为32.65%、29.69%.舒城的扦插试验结果表明:河沙的扦插成活率是6种基质中最高的,为99.33%;其次是50%沙+50%黄心土,成活率为98.67%.
In this paper, the effects of different nursery substrate on survival rates of Camellia oleifera cutting rooting were studied. The experiments were conducted in Hepeng town, Shucheng county and Hefei of Anhui province. The results showed that the survival rate of cuttings in the perlite was the highest, 95.33% , and followed in perlite + peat (4:6) , it was 92. 19%.
