摘要

Abstract

To spin germanium alloy fiber/soybean protein composite fiber/cotton 40/30/30 18.4 tex blended knitting yarn, according to properties of the three fibers, the blending ratio was selected rationally to maximize fiber advantages. Raw material was pretreated, processing in carding, roving and spinning were optimized. At the same time temperature and humidity in each workshop were controlled well. Finally technological problems were solved such as soybean protein composite fiber severe wet, worse cohesion fiber and spinnability. Germanium alloy fiber blended knitting yarn was spun successfully and the quality can reach use demands.
