生产细号高密织物纬向停台的原因分析
Analyses of Weff Stop on Producing Fine High Density Fabric
摘要
Abstract
Main reasons of producing fine density plain fabric weft stop on air jet loom were discussed. Three aspects of raw yarn quality, shed definition and weft-inserting processing were analyzed. Weft inner .quality was improved and weft weak points were solved well. Warp tension was increased properly, back beam height was set rational, yarn hairiness length and number were controlled well,shed definition was increased. Weft-inserting processing were set rationally to reduce weft breaking,finally weft stop number can be reduced,loom efficiency can be improved.关键词
