梳棉机的发展现状及展望
Development and Prospect of Carding Machine
摘要
Abstract
Development status and direction of carding machine were discussed. Weight of card sliver, sliver delivery speed, cylinder diameter, width, take-in, web cleaner and flat number of domestic and foreign new carding machine were summarized and analyzed. It is pointed out that as the limit of cylinder speed, width and elastic revolving flat system, it is very hard to increase the output of present revolving flat carding machine. It is considered that the main direction of increasing carding machine output should be developed higher performance metallic card clothing and redesigned revolving flat system. The other methods of increasing carding machine output should be full stationary flat carding machine equipped high performance web cleaner and high performance stationary flat card clothing system.关键词
