格栅反吸式圆笼除尘器的设计及应用效果
Design and Application Effect of Grid Anti-suction Round Collector
摘要
Abstract
Design and application effect of grid anti-suction round collector were discussed. Shortcomings of compound round collector were analyzed. Structure of grid round collector, airbag sealed ring and filter hood were introduced , the effects before and after the modification were contrasted. The result shows that after the modification half a year,electricity consumption is about 6. 5xlO4 kW ? H ,that is RIUB 40 000 yuan. It is considered that after the modification, energy consumption of the collector can be reduced obviously, the reliability and stability are better,corporate operating costs can be reduced.关键词
