摘要
Abstract
Production processing of ait-jet vortex spinning polyester core-spun yarn was discussed. Spinning principle of air-jet vortex core-spun yarn was introduced. According to polyester fiber characteristic, raw material was pretrea-ted by antistatic finish,processing in spinning was selected rationally,feeding ratio of air-jet vortex machine and core filament tension were tested and optimized. Finally 19.7 tex air-jet vortex yam can be spun successfully, the quality can reach the requirements.关键词
