Color Spinning Dissolve-variation Technology and Its Products Discussion
摘要
Abstract
Property and production technology key points of color spinning dissolve-variation technology production were discussed. Water-soluble PVA and other fiber were blended and spun in yarn clothing evenly. Through dissolving PVA, clothing color and structure difference can be made including element selection, distribution method, control change et al. Except basic product of color depth change, combining fancy yam technology, colorful color spun product can be realized. It is pointed out that the key points of color spinning dissolve-variation technology are rational selection PVA raw material,adoption of color spinning fine blending technology. Water-soluble PVA can not be used as skeleton of yam clothing,high temperature wetting should be avoided in clothing post-processing to prevent accident solution. Finally property of color spinning dissolve-variation technology products can reach use demands.关键词
