Abstract
The structure of the plastic cover was analyzed, and the key points of the mould design were put forward. A point gate was used for feeding, and the pushing mechanism-pushing plate was used to pull the inner thread out compulsively, which overcomes the de-moulding resistance. The optimized cone fit structure between the mold core and the pushing plate avoids the core wear, and reduces the processing difficulty. The reasonable position for the mould decreases the mould size. Proved in practice, the structure of the mould is reasonable and compact, and the production of plastic parts are qualified.关键词
