Abstract

Due to SF coal has high content of moisture and oxygen-containing groups, so it's difficult to obtain high-concentration coal-water slurry. In this paper, we have studied the preparation process conditions of coal-water slurry has particle classification and dispersant compound etc. Research has demonstrated that when the ratio of particle classification 500 mesh, 325 mesh and 200 mesh is 5 : 1 : 4, the ratio of dispersant of ethoxylated dodecylalcohol and sodium lignin sulfonate is 0. 8: 0. 8, the coal-water slurry has the lowest apparent viscosity for 1 020 mPa · s, the best stability of 15 d and the higher concentration of 62%.
