On constructing a harmonious leadership

Abstract
Constructing a harmonious leadership is the important content of strengthening the Party＇s governance ability and keeping its progressiveness under the new situation,and it is helpful to form a good work atmosphere,improve the work efficiency and create a positive image.It is necessary to analyze dialectically the inner contradictions and seek proper way to solve the contradictions.While constructing a harmonious leadership,we should：1） strengthen the political study so that we can stick to our ideals and beliefs;2） strengthen democracy-centralism system to lay good foundation for the Party organization;3） strengthen the system construction and create a harmonious atmosphere;4） strengthen the teamwork to bring the integral effect into play;and 5） improve the personal moral quality to highlight the personality charm.关键词
