Abstract
In the reform of the two-level management mode,the department,which has been granted more right and responsibility as well,becomes the school-running subject and liability subject.The construction of a harmonious department-level leadership is significant in achieving the national education aim and carrying out the education policy,implementing the decision and policy of the university,leading the development of a specific department in the university,and constructing a harmonious campus.The main content of constructing a harmonious department-level leadership is to construct a scientific and reasonable management system,perfect the decision-making mechanism,handle the relationship between rights and duties properly,and strengthen the supervision and assessment.关键词
