Abstract
Happy working method is a kind of working method that is widely researched and practiced.In view of the obvious problems in the construction of the leadership,it is proposed that the three aspects including thought unification,uniting and democracy-centralism system be stressed to achieve the goal of constructing a harmonious leadership based on the happy working method.关键词
