Implementation of college students＇ Quality Development Plan in application-oriented universities
大学生素质拓展教育对应用型人才的培养具有十分重要的意义。但目前大学生素质拓展计划缺乏社会认可,素质拓展管理者队伍结构比较单一,素质拓展计划与专业教学尚未有效融合,素质拓展学分认定程序繁琐。要促进素质拓展计划的开展,应建立多部门联动机制,不断累积社会特别是用人单位对大学生素质拓展计划的认可和共识,构建相关保障机制,并将大学生素质拓展计划与专业教学有机结合起来,提高素质拓展学分认证的效率和权威。
