Abstract
After the establishment of Marxist theory as a first-grade subject, questions have been raised regarding the subject orientation of Marxist theory from the perspective of subject construction. It is an internal view of a subject to reckon Marxist theory itself as a knowledge system of human civilization. The development of human knowledge system can be divided into three phrases. In the present phrase, human knowledge systems are comprised of social sciences and natural sciences. The subject orientation of Marxist theory in China has been changing along with people＇ s understanding of human knowledge system. In view of the inner logical relation between subject management system and the development of knowledge system, the establishment of Marxist theory as a first-grade subject is coherent with the historical and theoretic logic of subject knowledge development and the development track of a human knowledge system.关键词
