Abstract
Objective To understand the humanistic quality of clinical nurses in class Ⅲ general hospitals and to provide the basis for training programs, Methods With a questionnaire, the survey was conducted among iour class Ⅲ general hospitals of Uruinqi ior nurses' general information and humanistic quality, the result of which included self-scoring and scoring from head nurses. Mixed effects model was applied in the study. Results The influence of first degree, ultimate education level, marital status and professional title on humanistic quality of nurses were statistically significant (P<0.05). Nurses with good education, with senior professional title, married and with children presented higher humanistic quality. Conclusion More attention should be attached to and more training should be provided to low-educated nurses and humanistic quality training should be promoted for nursing students before graduation.关键词
