临床护士患者安全知识培训需求的质性研究OACSTPCD
Qualitative Research on Clinical Nurses' Needs of Patient Safety Training
目的 深入了解临床护士患者安全培训的内容需求及体验.方法 对上海市3所三级甲等医院的9名护士进行深度访谈,并对资料进行分析整理.结果 通过分析,提炼出4个主题:患者安全问题预防的相关知识需求;不良事件和风险管理知识的需求;鼓励患者及家属参与患者安全知识的需求;证据和信息使用安全知识的需求.结论 在患者安全培训中,强调患者安全事件预防知识的培训,加强不良事件相关内容和护理人员鼓励患者及其家属参与患者安全相关知识的培训,提高护士将最安全的实践应用到临床护理中的能力.
Objective To understand clinical nurses' needs of patient safety training and their experience. Methods Nine clinical nurses from three hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed.
