摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand clinical nurses' needs of patient safety training and their experience. Methods Nine clinical nurses from three hospitals in Shanghai were surveyed. The data was collected by in-depth interview and analyzed. Results Four themes were extracted: the needs about prevention of patient safety incident, the need about how to manage the adverse incident and risk, the need about how to encourage patients for patient safety and the need about safety information. Conclusion It suggested that when conducting patient safety training, knowledge on how to prevent and report adverse incident, and how to encourage patient for patient safety, how to use evidence-based information should be included in the training.关键词
