积极心理学视域下的团体辅导对大学生心理危机的干预研究
Effects of Positive-psychology-based Group Counseling on College Students with Mental Crisis

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of positive psychological group counseling on the mental health of college students with mental crisis. Methods Group counseling based on positive psychology was conducted among 33 students with mental crisis from the medical university for 6 weeks. Investigations with SCL-90, General Well-Being Schedule and Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents were carried out pre-and post-treatment, 3 mouths follow-ups respectively. Data was analyzed with SPSS 17.0 statistical software with repeated measures analysis of variance and t-test with adjusted alpha level. Results The scores of all factors except the paranoid ideation and psychoticism factor, total scores of SCL-90, General Well-Being Schedule and Resilience Scale for Chinese adolescents in experimental group indicated statistic difference when compared with those in control group (P<0.05). The scores of phobic anxiety, depression, and total scores of SCL-90 in experimental group were lower than those in control group at the end of the experiment (P<0.016). The scores of depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoid ideation, psychoticism, and total scores of SCL-90 in experimental group were lower while the total scores of General Well-Being Schedule and Resilience Scale for Chinese adolescents were higher than those in control group three months after the experiment (P<0.016). Conclusion The effects of group counseling based on positive psychology are significant in enhancing the level of mental health, general well-being and resilience of college students with mental crisis.关键词
