摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the reliability and validity of llie Chronic Pain Self-Efficacy Scale (CPSS) in elderly patients with cancer pain. Methods A toial of 211 elderly patients with cancer pain were surveyed with CPSS Chinese version, the results of which were analyzed for its reliability and validity study. Results The total Cror.bacb's a. Coefficient was 0.896, and the Cronbach's a. Coefficients of 3 sub-scales were 0.785-0.863 and Guttmann split-half reliability was 0.763-0.896. Meanwhile, test, -retest reliability was 0.8!.0~0.902 and the correlation coefficient, of subscales and total scale were 0.75 5~ 0.872. The correlation coefficients of score of subscales and total scale with the NRS were -0.450-0.263. Factor analysis generated three common factors: PSE (Self- Efficacy for Pain Management), FSK (Self-I Efficacy for Physical Function) and CSK (Self-Efficacy for Coping with symptoms), which were able to explain the overall variance of 76.83/6 and the factor loading values of item were 0.435-0.854. Conclusion There arc high reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CPSS In elderly cancer patients with pain.关键词
