Abstract
Objective To evaluate ihe effect of identity education of basic nursing among nursing staff on the improvement of basic nursing cognition and to provide effective measures of basic nursing. Methods identity education of basic nursing was performed among nursing staff throughout the hospital and a self-designed questionnaire about basic nursing cognition was applied before and after the education. Data collected were analyzed and compared. Results One year after ihe implementation of the education, more nurses regarded living nursing such as face cleaning, hair combing and fool cleaning should be conducted by nurses, which indicated statistic significance. The implementation of basic nursing was correlated with the cognition of it (P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of identity education of basic nursing is beneficial to the improvement of cognition of basic nursing. It is necessary to strengthen identity education of basic nursing despite of the misunderstanding of basic nursing.关键词
