下尿路结石患者体外冲击波碎石术后并发症的相关因素分析及护理对策
Influencing Factors of Complications of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy and Nursing Care
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze ike complications of extracorporeal shock wave litho trips y for patients wilk lower urinary tract stones, and to evaluate its influencing factors and provide nursing strategies. Methods The overall success rate and complications of 115 patients with lower urinary tract stones treated by ESW1, were retrospectively analyzed. Results The overall success rat/: of fragmentation reached 73,0%(84/115). Stone length, stone width and shock wave times in postoperative gross hematuria group, postoperative pain group, postoperative pain and gross hematuria group were higher than those in non-complication group, which indicated statistically significant difference among groups (P<0.03. Or P<0.05). Patient's height in postoperative gross hematuria group was significantly lower than patients in non-complication group (P<0.05), Conclusion The complications of patients with lower urinary tract stones treated by ESWL varied in consequence of stone length, stone width and shock wave times. Nursing strategy should be provided based on patients' specific conditions.关键词
