Abstract
The execution of developing an overall urban design framework usually faces problems such as complicated goals and lack of understanding of the relationship of goals adn implementaion approaches.Overmphasis on operational factros of the guidlines by quantitative measurement and underestimate of guiding and action plan factors generate a less ideal result.An implementation system consisted of guiding,control and action factors are necessary to developing an overall urban design framework.关键词
