摘要

Abstract

Pd/A12O3 catalysts were prepared by the excessive impregnation-chemical reduction method and characterized by inductive coupled plasma (ICP) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of reduction conditions such as reduction agents,reduction temperature and reduction time, were investigated in hy-drogenation of p-nitrophenol. Results showed that the reduction conditions affected the catalyst crystallite and activity. The Pd/Al2O3 reduced at 0 ℃ for 30 min by N2H4·H2O showed the best catalytic performance. The hydrogenation rate of 22. 7 mmol/( min · g) ,p-aminophenol selectivity of 100% , and the yield of 99% , were obtained. In comparison with raney-Ni,the prepared Pd/Al2O3 catalyst exhibited higher catalytic activity, selectivity and stability.
