Abstract
To investigate the stress and deformation characteristics of joints for T-shaped honeycombed steel reinforced concrete columns and steel beams, monotonous loading experiments and finite element analysis on two groups of typical joints were conducted. The effects of the parameters, such as axial compression ratio, hooped stirrup ratio, concrete strength and so on, on the joint carrying load were investigated. Results showed that the failure mode of strong-joint was beam failure, and that of weak-joint was shear failure. The carrying load of the strong joint is mainly dependent on the size of steel beam and steel strength. However, the carrying load of week joint was very much dependent on hooped stirrup ratio, concrete strength, the strength, and the height-thickness ratio of the steel-web.关键词
