提高微拟球藻油脂产量的培养工艺优化
Optimization of culture parameters to increase lipid yield from Nannochloropsis oculata
摘要
Abstract
To increase lipid yield from Nannochloropsis oculata,five culture conditions, including NaNO3 concentration, NaH2 PO4 concentration, temperature, CO2 concentration, and illumination were optimized by the method of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination experiment design. The predicted theoretical maximum lipid yield was 0.72 g/L. The optimum culture conditions of NaN03 concentration, NaH2 PO4 concentration, temperature, C02 concentration and illumination were 0. 38 g/L, 0. 35 g/L, 27. 1 °C , 6. 67% , and 5 454 lx, respectively. For the verification test,a lipid yield of 0. 70 g/L was achieved under the optimum conditions. It was increased by two fold more than that under the original conditions. Nannochloropsis oculata were dominated by C16 and C18 fatty acids.关键词
