特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者治疗前后Thl/Th2水平变化及其临床意义
Expression of Th1 and Th2 and its clinical significance in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients

Abstract
To study the change of T helper cell l(ThlVTh2 and its clinical significance after drug therapy in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods: Thl/ Th2 cell and levels of cytokines in 60 patients with ITP before and after treatment and 60 healthy donors were determined by flow cytometry. Results: Thl cytokine interleukin(IL)-2 and interferon(lFN)--γ increased significantly in patients effectively treated than that before treatment and the control group(P<0.01), while the Th2 cytokine IL-4 and IL-10 had no significant change (P>0.05). The ratio of Thl and Th2 was increased. IL-2 and IFN-γ in highly effective group were higher than that in moderately effective group, and that in moderately effectively group was higher than that in not effective group (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that efficacy of therapy was positively correlated with the level of IL-2 and IFN-γ. Conclusions: IL-2 and IFN-γ increased significantly after effective treatment, and there was a significant correlation between Thl cells and efficacy of treatment.关键词
