高职《动物性食品卫生检验》课程教学方式的改革
Reform in Teaching Method of Test Methodology of Animal Food Hygiene Course for Higher Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
Test Methodology of Animal Food Hygiene, as the main course of animal and veterinary speciality and animal epidemic prevention and quarantine speciality, has strong professional property and practicality. In order to improve the basic theory, practical skill and food safety system control idea of students to food hygienic analysis, some reform ideals for Test Methodology of Animal Food Hygiene course were put forward from teaching effect. The learning enthusiasm and practice ability of students were explored by using the existing resource, meanwhile the training for strengthening base skill was payed attention, and some effects have been obtained.关键词
