Abstract
To discuss the clinical application method of swine gastrotomy, the experiment was made to use gastric operation to take out hair tuft and hair bulb from their gastral cavity of diseased swine. After fasting for more than 24 hours and having narcosis,four old pigs were successfully operated to take out hair tuft and hair bulb in their stomach.The success rate of operation was 100%. The results showed that gastrotomy was a fast and efficient method to clear out foreign matter in gastral cavity. To ensure the success rate of the operation, the whole operation process must be strict and careful postoperative nursing was needed.关键词
