一株乳酸菌的分离鉴定及生物学特性研究OA
Isolation,Identification and Biological Characteristics of Lactic Acid Bacteria
以鸡肠道和泡菜为分离源,采用常规微生物学方法分离乳酸菌,筛选到一株产酸性能良好的菌株W7。结合对菌株的形态观察、生理生化试验以及16S rRNA基因序列分析,对菌株进行鉴定,并对W7进行特性试验研究。结果表明,W7为植物乳杆菌（Lactobacillus plantarum）,在培养22h时,活菌数最高;耐酸效果好,在pH值为2.0时,存活率仍然为100%;在胆盐浓度为0.30%时,仍然可以生长;抑菌效果较好;黏附率为79.9%。
One strain W7 with high acid production was obtained from the intestinal of chicken and pickle by using the conventional microbiology method. The strain W7 was identified by morphological observation, physiological biochemical test and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, and biological characteristics of the strain W7 was studied.
