Abstract
Aiming at the problems of operating SF6 facilities, analyzes and researches the decomposition product content of SF6, provides the reliable data for online diagnosis analysis of SF6 facilities. The result shows that the analysis result of SF6 decomposition product content can be the gist for the state-condition repair of SF6 facilities.关键词
