尖晶石铁氧体纳米管的合成与表征
Template Synthesis and Characterization of Spinel Ferrite Nanotubes
摘要
Abstract
Ferrite nanotubes of cobalt, zinc or nickel are synthesized by template method, and diffraction analysis of X ray and TEM and magnetic measurement are carried out. TEM results indicate that three samples are of the explicit tube-like structure. The formation conditions of them are alike, but particle sizes around the nanotube are not consistent. XRD results demonstrate that all nanotubes are made up of the spinel ferrites without any preferred crystallite orientation. What's more, according to magnetic measurement, the samples have no distinct features of magnetocrystalline anisotropy.关键词
