盐酸克伦特罗对小鼠肾脏抗氧化能力的影响
Effects of Clenbuterol Hydrochloride on Antioxidant Capacity in the Kidney of Mice

Abstract
To study effects of clenbuterol hydrochloride on antioxidant capacity in the kidney of mice, healthy mice were chosen dealing with daily intragastric administration with different dose of clenbuterol for 30 days. Colorimetry was used to detect the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase, alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase and the malondialdehyde content at 5, 10, 20 and 30 days. Compared with the control group,the level of SOD, CAT, ACP and AKP tended to be reduced, while the level of MDA seemed to be elevated. The degree of the changes was in dose and time-dependent effect. Results of Two-Way ANOVA indicated that dose contributed more to clenbuterol-induced kidney damage than treatment time. Clenbuterol could destroy the balance between oxidative stress and anti-oxidative function of mice's kidney, which could result in kidney injury.关键词
