摘要

Abstract

The material motion on the screen surface of air-and-screen cleaning device was simulated by using CFD-DEM coupled method, and experimental results and simulation results were compared. Simulation results showed that with the increasing wind speed, vibrating screen processing power would improve in a certain range, while grain losses would increase. With the increasing wind speed, the grain passed through the screen surface and decreased after section 15. It showed that numerical simulation of material motion on vibrating screen of air-and-screen cleaning device based on CFD-DEM was feasible.
