The New Changes of the Vocational Guidance Work in Schools and Enterprises Docking Conditions

Abstract
Vocational guidance work in schools and enterprises docking conditions in order to improve the quality and quantity of social employment center, improve the relevance of the work. Employment services to be extended to the employer to provide a wide range of staff recruitment and training guidance for the enterprise. Localization transformation of the vocational guidance and its own development is an urgent need for theoretical exploration and lead. Global economic integration and the expanding international labor cooperation employment guidance with international standards to international development. Vocational guidance personnel training, management of channel shift to ＂dual track＂ should be ＂single regulation＂, need to build, improve professional standards of career guidance teacher.关键词
