摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the levels of serum amyloid A (SAA) and C-reactive protein CCRP) and explore their correlation with carotid artery intimal lesions in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods SAA. CRP, renal function, and blood lipid were detected in 50 CRF patients and 20 normal controls, and the intimal thickness of carotid artery was determined by ultrasonography. Results The levels of SAA and CRP in CRF patients were significantly higher than that in normal controls (F=Z. 92,2. 87;q=3. 71 - 4. 64;P<0. 05), and positively correlated with the intimal thickness of carotid artery, urea nitrogen and creatinine (r=0. 729-0. 850,P<0.01), and SAA levels were positively correlated with CRP (r=0. 814,P<0. 01). Conclusion The levels of SAA and CRP in CRF patients increase significantly, which are closely associated with the intimal thickness of carotid artery.关键词
