Abstract
Focusing on the charging failure condition of the IMM's screw under the plastic condition, the paper proceeded to the structural and stress analysis to determine the screw working stress which is the pulse cycle alternating stress, and analyzed the shortage in calculating screw stress with the Static strength theory, thus proposed a method for accurate and reliability calculation of the torsion and press complex based on variable stress in screw as the Fatigue Strength Theory. Through comparative analysis of the above calculate method, the calculations show that this calculate method can make the calculation of the screw strength accord with the practical application. The results show that the reliable stress analysis of the screw and the establishment of the accurate calculate model can give some theoretical basis to the strength evaluation method of the IMM's screw.
