摘要

Abstract

In order to meet the manipulator working reguirements for the hydraulic, sensitivity and automatic control ect. , using the hydraulic drive system, the paper presented the design of PLC control plan, with the integrative design idea and full consideration of hardware and software characteristics respectively and their complementary optimization. In its driven system, using hydraulic drive and PLC control unit in its control system to realize the manipulator turns left and right, up and down movements and stretching, finger clamping, release and other functions, thus the design plan with simple, easy to implement,clear meaning is completed.
