Abstract
The paper introduces a compact pulsed power generator for X-pinch experiments. The design and preliminary experiments of the device are presented. The results show that when each capacitor in the Marx generator is charged with 60 kV voltage, the output current can reach 117 kA, the output voltage pulse width is 60 ns, and the output voltage rise time is no more than 30 ns. The device has already radiated X-rays successfully.关键词
