摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems such as slow convergence rate and easily getting the local minimum solutions existing in BP neural network, this paper improves the genetic algorithm taking advantages of its strong random searching capability and easily converging to the global optimum solution, establishes connections between genetic algorithm and BP neural network by reciprocal of error square sum, and with improved network weights and threshold value as an objective optimizes neural network structure in order to more effectively apply the improved network for prediction and identification. When applying to state recognition of tower crane, it can effectively perform diagnosis to tower crane.
