摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the specific features of reclaiming mechanism of circular stacker/reclaimer, this paper presents necessity of pulling force sensor of wire rope in elevating mechanism and pulling force protection software module in PLC program, analyzes protection logic relationship between wire rope pulling force protection curves and all the reclaiming mechanisms and then proposes methods and procedures adopting least square method for fitting wire rope pulling force protection curves in the software module. Finally in combination with practical projects, this paper describes some issues requiring to be concerned in practical application.关键词
