摘要

Abstract

The Liuxihe Model is a physically based distributed hydrological model for catchment flood forecast. The trial-and-error method has been used in parameter optimization of the model, though it can gain a good result, it is complex and lowly efficient. In this paper, a case study of the Liuxihe River Reservoir catchment in Guangzhou is made, in which SCE-UA algorithm is used for parameter optimization. The result shows that the algorithm can process the parameter optimization of the Liuxihe Model rapidly and effectively. As compared with the trial-and-error method, the algorithm is much more simple, convenient and high- effective, and applicable to the distributed hydrological model.
