Abstract
The town（township） is the current basic structure of rural governance in China,responsible for the management of rural society and service functions,the appropriate size is necessary to effectively promote rural town urbanization.In the process of building new countryside,towns and villages,it is particularly important to determine the appropriate scale.Based on the main factors of population and area size,The article analyzes the current problems in the development of towns and villages.Promote the suggestion such as adijusting the town zoning,merging townships and villages,dynamic management.关键词
