KF催化无溶剂合成香豆素-3-甲酸乙酯
Synthesis of coumarin - 3 ethyl formate using KF as catalyst under solvent- free condition

摘要
Abstract
Coumarin - 3 - ethyl formate was synthesized by using salicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate as starting materials and replacing piperidine with four kinds of inorganic salts separately as catalyst. Results indicated that KF ? 2H2O or anhydrous f^Coj show good catalytic activity. Effects of factors such as molar ratio of reactants,dosage of KF ? 21-1,0 catalyst,and reaction time on the yield of coumarin -3 -ethyl formate was investigated by orthogonal test. The optimum parameters were obtained as; based on 5. 0 g (4.2 mL, 0. 041 mol) of salicylaldehyde,molar ratio of salicylaldehyde to diethyl malonate 1:1. 2,dosage of KF ■ 2Hz0 0.46 g, reaction time about 45 min under solvent - free condition. Under this optimized condition, average yield of coumarin-3 -ethyl formate achieves 89.71%.关键词
